The task assigned to me by the owner of an online language school was to create a program for students who are struggling with the Norskprøve language exam at the B2 level.
The owner had a vision for a course that focused on particular language skills and offered a consistent track for teachers, while also incorporating distinct tracks for learners.
Employing learner-centered education principles and strategies for adult learning, I developed a course with four separate tracks that lead to a shared objective.
In my commitment to delivering unparalleled learning experiences, I leverage video editing extensively, utilizing AI and other advanced tools to sculpt content that's not just informative but visually compelling and engaging. School principals have a lot of responsibilities that can be overwhelming. They need to manage administrative duties, staff and student management, curriculum oversight, and community relations, among others, all within limited hours. To help them, I designed a customized seminar with practical time management strategies tailored for them. The ultimate goal was to enable them to reclaim control over their time and focus on leading their schools to success.
